We know great meals bring people together and create memories. Over the past several years, making pizza has become a family tradition in our home.

From tossing dough to piling on our favorite toppings, we look forward to getting covered in flour and making heartfelt memories each week. After many years in the restaurant industry, we are happy to share our passion for pizza and inspire mealtime memories with friends and families in our hometown.

Bryce has been in the restaurant industry for 25 years and successfully opened his first restaurant in 2013, Twelve Restaurant and Bar. After many years in the Wichita culinary scene, he discovered a missing piece on the far west side of Wichita. A family-owned, quality, and quaint pizza restaurant where guests can enjoy a fired pie in a welcoming environment. Maple Street Pizza Company was created to fill this void and provide Wichita with a new and unique dining experience and become the go-to neighborhood pizza place on the westside.
