These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of maplestreetpizzaco.com (the "Site"), operated by Maple Street Pizza Company, doing business as Maple Street Pizza Company ("Maple Street Pizza," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload it, scraping its content, or using it for anything unlawful.
Menu, Pricing, and Availability
We work to keep our menu, prices, hours, specials, and tap list accurate, but they change often and may differ from what's shown online. Items are subject to availability. The prices and offers in effect at the restaurant or at checkout are the ones that apply.
Food Allergies and Dietary Needs
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens or cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please tell your server or mention it when ordering.
Online Orders
Online orders are placed through our third-party ordering partner, [ORDERING PLATFORM], and are also subject to its terms and privacy policy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud. Order timing estimates are not guaranteed.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable only at Maple Street Pizza [and Twelve Restaurant & Bar]. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. [ADD ANY ADDITIONAL GIFT CARD TERMS.]
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages, including our craft beer and sangria, are served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Events and Promotions
Specials, events, and promotions listed on the Site may have additional rules, limits, or expiration dates. We may change or end any promotion at any time.
Intellectual Property
The Maple Street Pizza name, logo, photos, text, and design of the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
Third-Party Links and Content
The Site includes links to and content from other services, such as Google reviews, Instagram, our ordering partner, Workstream, and Twelve Restaurant & Bar. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, secure, or always available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maple Street Pizza and its owners and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in connection with that claim.
Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
